On certain occasions, I do offer international shipping. If you are choosing to buy Laine Ann products, but are not in the U.S., please e-mail me so that we can set up a custom order for you with correct shipping charges.
Discount Codes & Sales
All orders are limited to one promotion or discount code. For instance, if I am offering a free gift with a product purchase, but you find and use a 25% off discount code on Instagram, you will only receive the 25% off and not the free item.
• When will my order ship?
Your order will ship approximately3-5 business days after you place your order. Exceptions to this are pre-orders and custom made items. We will be shipping products on Monday’s and Friday’s
• How do you mail my order?
I ship via USPS - First Class and Priority Mail if it is over 1 lb. All orders/shipping charges include tracking. It can take up to 1-5 days for the to arrive once I drop them off at the post office.
• Local pickup
If you are ordering products in the local area we can possibly find a time to pick up.
• How do I make a return?
ALL RETURNS are for store credit only and must be returned to Laine Ann studio within 21 days of purchase. Our items sell out often, so if your size is in stock and you'd like to make an exchange, we recommend you purchasing that item while it is in stock. Shoot an email to get your return started. In the meantime, and mail your items in original packaging back to

If your returned item is damaged in any way, has pet hair, deodorant or makeup on it or is deemed unreturnable by us, we have the right to refuse a return or only give a partial refund.
• FINAL SALE ITEMS
include sale items, jewelry, accessories (scarves, headbands, bandanas etc) and any item purchased on sale or final sales. You may not return items in these categories.
For graphic tees and items that are screen printed, you may exchange for size only. Everything else can be returned for store credit. Buyer pays shipping both ways and must include the receipt + clearly mark what you are exchanging it for. All exchanges and returns must be received back to the LA&Co. studio within 21 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have your size before you send it back.
My order got lost in the mail. What now? Sometimes, things just get lost. However, once I take it to the post office, it is out of my hands and I am not responsible for loss or damage. Once items are marked as delivered, we are also not responsible for theft. Please contact me for your tracking number and then your local Post Office to see what they can do to help you find it. It's not fun for either of us, I promise. However, I will always do my best to work with you to either replace your order or give you a discount to re-purchase your items. Again, please work with your local post office and contact me if you need the tracking info.
